Cancellation Policy
Our clinic wants to support as many people as possible with their healthcare needs.
If appointments are cancelled at short notice or if patients do not attend their scheduled appointment, this then means that we are unable to use that appointment slot in order to help other patients.
If you need to rearrange the appointment you have booked, we would be grateful if you could give as much notice as possible. We can reschedule your appointment at any time, without penalty or administration fees, provided at least 1 full working day’s notice is given.
If you would like to cancel your appointment this can be done with up to 1 full working day’s notice. A non-refundable £5 administration fee will be levied in the event of a cancellation.
In the event that you give less than 1 full working day’s notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, the full cost of the appointment will be charged as a cancellation fee as our doctors will be unable to help other patients at such short notice.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, please contact the reception team on 01277 201001 and they will do their best to assist you.
