Dr Scott is passionate about supporting as many women as possible through their menopause.
If appointments are cancelled at short notice or if patients do not attend their scheduled appointment, this then means she is unable to use that appointment slot in order to help other patients.
If you need to rearrange the appointment you have booked, we would be grateful if you could give as much notice as possible. We can reschedule your appointment at any time, without penalty or administration fees, provided at least 1 full working day’s notice is given.
If you could like to cancel your appointment this can be done with up to 1 full working day’s notice. A non-refundable £5 administration fee will be levied in the event of a cancellation.
In the event that you give less than 1 full working day’s notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, the full cost of the appointment will be changed as a cancellation fee as Dr Scott will be unable to help other patients with such short notice.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, please contact the reception team on 01277 201001 and they will do their best to assist you.

Accessibility:
We have protected parking for disabled patients, and a wheelchair ramp available to access the clinic. Our two ground-floor consulting rooms are wheelchair-accessible, and we have a ground-floor, wheelchair-accessible toilet. Our three, first-floor consulting rooms are accessed by a single flight of stairs, please advise at the time of booking of any accessibility requirements so we can book your appointment in the best location.

Dr Alice Scott is a General Practitioner who holds the Advanced Certificate in Menopause Care. She is recognised as a Menopause Specialist by the British Menopause Society and is very experienced in treating menopausal issues.
